Rawr.

Here are a couple pictures of tigers that I ripped off of google image search.

Now here is a picture of a tiger I took while at the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans.

I like tigers. Not only because I was addicted to frosted flakes when I was little, but because of what happened at the Omaha Zoo as kid.

We were in Omaha visiting my sister, but she had to work that afternoon, so my parents being pretty cool took me to the zoo.

It was probably around this time of year and it was also pretty cool outside. I remember there not being very many people there. It must have been a week day.

So we get to the tiger exhibit and to my astonishment, the tiger is awake and moving around. He comes right up to the glass!

My Dad took his jacket off and started waving it back and forth against the glass. It caught our tiger's attention. His head was following it for about a minute, and then the tiger jumped up on the glass and tried to bat at the jacket! Like a real frickin cat!

WOW!!!

My Dad played with the tiger for a few more minutes until they both lost interest.

To this day, it was one of the most exciting things I've ever seen.

Thanks Dad. Thanks Tiger.

For good measure, let's hear Wildcat by Ratatat.

(A little more about my childhood. We had a schnauzer named Tiger. He was the best. He came with that name and we never changed it.)

You Know When They Die Their Light Stays Alive

To be an Elfin Archer on a Motorcycle

*WANT*

Drool...

These boots conquer the epitome of rad.

They possess all my if-I-can't-do-a-cartwheel-in-them-on-uneven-terrain-I-will-not-wear-them criteria.

If I just happened to have $326.90 give a few for shipping and handling tossed about on my magenta vanity, and an income I was at all secure with I would have them.

Jeffery Campbell, you have proven to be my favorite cobbler yet again.

Buzzzzzzz............

Two things I have always been fascinated by; the anatomy of insects and the components of old watches.

Oh my awesome!

I Think of You Still Sometimes

Time has changed. Well, actually it hasn't. It's still the same. The way I'm moving with time has changed.

I am relieved to be exiting Sagittarius. (If this makes any sense to anyone.)

I'm up late. Here is the song that's been in my head all night.
